Plus2 Performance LLC ("Plus2 Performance," "we," "us," or "our") operates plustwoperformance.com and provides in-person coaching, classes, and training services in Edison, New Jersey. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email address, and mobile phone number — when you book a class, sign up, opt in to text messages, or contact us.
- Booking and payment information needed to schedule sessions and process payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic site analytics — non-identifying, aggregate usage data to understand how our website is used.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about classes and sessions.
- To process payments and manage your membership or packages.
- To send you the text messages you have opted in to (see below).
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
SMS / text messaging privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our messaging platform, is permitted solely to deliver the messages you requested. All other categories of use exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you opt in to receive text messages from Plus2 Performance, we use your mobile number only to send booking confirmations, class and session reminders, schedule updates, and support replies. Your consent to receive these messages is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as our booking, payment, and messaging platforms (including CoachesVault, which powers our booking and messaging) — and only as needed to provide our services to you, or where required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for help.
- Contact us to access, update, or delete your information.
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email.
Children's privacy
We train youth athletes, and a parent or guardian provides and controls contact information and consent for minors. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without a parent or guardian.
