These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Plus2 Performance LLC ("Plus2 Performance," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, classes, personal training, and text messaging. By booking a session, opting in to our texts, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings & payments
- Class and session bookings are scheduled through our booking system (powered by CoachesVault). Prices are as listed at the time of booking (e.g., first class $30; monthly memberships from $80).
- Payment is due at the time of booking or per the terms of your membership or package.
- Please give us reasonable notice for cancellations. No-show and late-cancellation policies are communicated at booking.
SMS & messaging terms
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Plus2 Performance at the mobile number you provide — including booking and payment confirmations, class and session reminders, schedule updates, and booking support. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and consent are handled per our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Health & assumption of risk
Physical training carries inherent risks. You represent that you are physically able to participate and agree to follow coach instructions. For minors, a parent or guardian consents to participation. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Conduct
You agree to treat coaches, staff, and other members with respect and to follow facility rules. We may refuse or end service for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plus2 Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
