Movement became the mission.
Nate grew up competing in several sports before earning the opportunity to play Division I football. His college journey included Temple University, Old Dominion University, and Long Island University, where he developed inside several strength and conditioning systems and learned how differently coaches can approach performance.
He earned his bachelor's degree in kinesiology and built a deeper understanding of movement, training, and the human body. Injuries throughout his own career made that education personal. Nate became passionate about helping people move efficiently, build resilience, and reduce avoidable risk before pain or poor mechanics interrupt their progress.
At Plus2, Nate combines that education with the perspective of a defensive back and the patience of a coach who knows progress is rarely a straight line. His sessions are clear, supportive, and built to help every client understand what they are doing and why it matters.
