Walter “Flu” Reynolds was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross, where he played defensive back for five years and helped lead the defense to four Patriot League championships.
Walter later completed a graduate year at Ohio University, contributing to the nation's No. 4-ranked defense while earning a degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences. His studies centered on helping student-athletes make the transition from competitive athletics to life beyond sports.
Today, Walter serves as Plus2's Health and Wellness Coach. He draws on his experience in athletics, nutrition, and wellness to help people create sustainable routines, make confident choices, and build healthy lifestyles that last.
